Welcome to Sighthounder. A blog dedicated to providing information about sighthounds in Australia. I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm interested in silken windhounds & windsprites or longhaired wippets. Does anyone know if there are any breeders in Australia. I live in New Zealand but can't seem to find any over here. I know there was a silken windhound imported into nz which did have a litter but can't seem to find anything more than that. Hopefully someone will be able to steer me in the right direction.
ReplyDeleteHI, I wondered if you managed to trace any longhaired whippets or windsprites in Oz or New Zealand. I have been trying to do the same having been lucky enough to have had the pleasure owning one in Europe. Unfortunately while getting all the documentation required to bring here to Oz, tests came back positive for leishmanosia. (sorry prob incorrect spelling) make her unable to come. We were deverstated and still are a few months down the line.
